1. Only 5% down
2. Minimum Credit Score 720
3. 6 Months Cash Reserves
4. Private Monthly Mortgage Insurance is required
5. Competitive rates and PMI Rates
6. Can do 10% down on 2nd home
This is the most aggressive loan program I have seen in a while.
